Late in 2009 Davro became part of the Enterprise Connect program, a federally funded initiative under the control of Senator the Honourable Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research. The program allows benchmarking against international standards for organisations in similar industries. Davro recorded above average results for six of the categories. The results will form the basis for ongoing improvement in all aspects of the business - including the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing model for production.
